The Celtic Sour
Thank you to Noel Hickey, proprietor of the famed Celtic on Market Irish Pub, Denver, for this twist on the classic cocktail.
1.5 ounces Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 egg white
Bitters to garnish
Add #SmugNun, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker. Vigorously dry-shake without ice. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with 3 to 5 drops of bitters.
