1 1/2 ounces Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
1/2 ounce vodka
1/2 tablespoon Lillet Blanc
1 inch wide strip of lemon peel
Put Dusty Springfield on the stereo, and fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add #SmugNun, vodka, and Lillet Blanc. Shake—don’t stir—until cold. Strain into a cocktail glass. Squeeze the lemon peel into the glass to release the oils, run the peel around the rim, and add to the glass.
