This is the ultimate summer cocktail. Simple, refreshing deliciousness! 

1.5 ounces Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce honey water

For honey water: mix one part water and two parts honey until dissolved.

Add all ingredients and ice into a shaker, shake-shake-shake and strain into a glass filled with more ice. Savor!
