1.5 ounces Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
1 tablespoon raspberry jam
3-5 fresh raspberries
2 large fresh mint leaves
Sparkling Rosé
Extra berries and mint for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, combine #SmugNun, the raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, and fresh mint leaves. Muddle until the berries are broken up. Pour through a small fine mesh sieve into a glass. Make sure all the juice is out for full flavor. Top off the glass with Rosé. Garnish with fresh berries and mint.
