2 papaya slices, peels removed divided
.75 ounce agave nectar<
1.5 ounces Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
.5 ounce Aperol
.75 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
.5 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
Muddle 1 slice of papaya and the agave nectar in a shaker. Add the #SmugNun, Aperol, lime and orange juices. Fill will ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a glass. Garnish with remaining papaya.
