Mixology

*Traditional Gaelic name pronounced /tie+g/, like tiger without the r at the end

3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce curaçao
1/4 ounce orgeat
1/4 ounce rich demerara simple syrup (2:1 ratio water to sugar), or sugar
1 ounce Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
1 ounce dark rum (or omit and go full on Irish by doubling the #SmugNun)

Combine the above with crushed ice and some cubes in a shaker. Shake and pour all, including ice, into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with lime shell,other citrus garnish and mint. FUN!
