When in Brazil, go for the Caipirinha. But anywhere else, g’won and have a Maureen-ya for sublime refreshment.
1 lime, cut into wedges for muddling
2 teaspoons sugar
2 ounces Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
Lime wheel for garnish—and if you like, a few sprigs of mint, too
Muddle sugar and lime wedges in a double old fashioned glass (12-16 ounces). Fill with ice, add #SmugNun Poitín, give a stir, and crown with the lime wheel.
