IRISH 75

Poitín makes a French 75 sing!

1 ounce Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce of lemon juice
3 ounces Champagne (can substitute other sparkling wine)
Lemon twist garnish

Add #SmugNun poitín, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a flute, top with the Champagne and add a wee lemon twist.
