HOLIDAY NUN ON THE RUN
An easy-peasy pomegranate-ginger smash. Garnish it up to make it look like you fussed. Or not
1.5 ounces pomegranate juice
1 ounce Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
1 ounce ginger beer
Optional: garnish with rosemary and/or ready-to-eat pomegranate arils
Extra credit: rim glass with ginger-rosemary sugar*
Add poitín, juice, and ginger beer into a glass filled with ice. Stir. Reduce juice and add soda water to cut sweetness, if desired.
*Ginger-rosemary sugar for rims (optional): 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary, 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (JK. From the tube is fine!).
