HARE IN THE BRAMBLE
1 1/2 ounces Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
3/4 ounce rosemary simple syrup
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
6 ounces premium ginger beer
drizzle of crème de cassis
Garnish: blackberries and lemon wheel
Shake #SmugNun Poitín , simple syrup and lemon juice in shaker with ice. Pour into chilled coupe and add ginger beer. Drizzle crème de cassis and garnish with blackberries and lemon wheel.
