Mixology

Crushed ice
2 ounces Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed<
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Chill coupe (or similar) glasses. Put 2 cups crushed ice, #SmugNun Poitín, lime juice, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain liquid into glass. Play with variations on this basic recipe! Yum!
