Nothing like a #SmugNun hot apple toddy to warm yer cockles!

6 ounces apple cider
2 ounces water
½ teaspoon pre-grated ginger (tube is fine)
Dash each of cinnamon and nutmeg
1 ounce Smuggling Nun Irish Poitín
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon honey (optional)
Cinnamon stick, or lemon wheel to garnish

Combine the apple cider, water, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small saucepan and bring to a bare simmer. Meanwhile, put the #SmugNun and lemon juice in a mug. Add the hot cider concoction, and stir in the honey until melted. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or lemon wheel. Enjoy!
