An All Hallow’s Eve classic!

3/4 ounce Smuggling Nun Poitín
3/4 ounce triple sec
3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
3/4 ounce lemon juice (always fresh, right?)
1/2 ounce simple syrup
A few dashes of absinthe

Put all in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. You could add a lemon twist.
